PLEASE NOTE
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the user has engaged in fraudulent behavior or if the reservation was accidental.
If you have questions, contact AAA Urban Stay directly to verify and complete a booking. If you'd like to appeal a canceled booking, you may contact us as well.

Reservation requests
Dates, room choices, guest details, and on-screen progress are for preparing a request. A booking exists only after the property separately accepts it and provides confirmation through an agreed communication channel.
Rates, payment, and cancellation
AAA Urban Stay operates on a pay at arrival system. The website does not collect payment or guarantee displayed rates. If you have any questions about prices or payment, please contact us or talk to us in person.
Hotel information
Room descriptions, photographs, amenities, distances, and availability are provided for general information and may change. Contact the property if a particular feature, accessibility need, or amenity is important to your stay.
