Identification
Contact the property before arrival to confirm which original, valid photo identification each guest must carry. The lead guest's reservation details should match their identification.
Visitors and occupancy
Do not exceed the occupancy confirmed for your room. Ask the property before inviting visitors or adding guests, as approval, identification, or additional charges may be required.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Children and family stays
Include every child in the guest count. Cot or extra-bed availability, age rules, room suitability, and possible charges must be confirmed with the property before arrival.
Payment on arrival
AAA Urban Stay operates on a pay-on-arrival basis, and this website does not collect payment. Confirm the final rate, taxes, accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements directly with the property.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and modification requests are not automatic. Contact the property and wait for acknowledgement. For third-party bookings, use the provider you booked through and follow its applicable terms.
