Account details
If you create an account, the site stores your username, email address, phone number, selected country, points tally, account identifier, and a salted one-way password verifier. It also keeps completed signed-in reservation history, including room and room count, dates, guest and child-age details, contact details, selected country, special requests, reservation identifier, and booking time. It does not store your readable password for new accounts.
Point reward redemptions and any reward waiting for or applied to a reservation are also stored with your account information.

Reservation details
While you move through the reservation pages, the site may temporarily retain your room choice, room count, dates, guest counts, contact details, child-age selections, and special requests.

Sign-in protection
To slow repeated sign-in attempts, the site retains the email address used, the number of recent attempts, and temporary block timing for up to 24 hours.

Error reports
A report may include the error message, your description, the source page, selected language, and timestamp. Up to 50 recent reports are retained.

Retention and control
Account information is retained to support sign-in, reservations, and rewards. Reservation history is limited, with current and upcoming stays retained ahead of older stays.

Security limits
Password verification uses modern cryptography, but information accessed on a shared or compromised device may still be visible to others. Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices.
